Artists and theatres from Nordic-Baltic countries who wants to participate in the festival EJU MEKLĒT (2018, 15th-18th March) are welcome to apply for the festival until 1st December 2017. 
Conditions:
We are asking to apply for the festival with performances for small ones.
Festival cover accommodation and passing in all festival events for free.
