In June, 10 playwrights from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden met in Stockholm for the first workshop of three on the "Neighbours" project. "Neighbours" is a playwrights project to investigate an experienced lack of knowledge between neighbours across the Baltic Sea. We want to deepen relations, explore and learn from each other.

In a number of workshops for playwrights, "Neighbours" will be a place for meetings between individual artists, countries and different practices. With "Neighbours" we will give possibilities to share experiences, to develop networks and create new theatrical texts for young audiences. Next workshop will take place in Tallinn in late October and the final workshop in Vilnius in January 2020.
