A SERIES OF UPLIFTING CONVERSATIONS WITH INTERNATIONAL THEATRE MAKERS FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES

19TH NOVEMBER, 26TH NOVEMBER, 3RD DECEMBER

In summer 2020, we at Theatre Alibi in England, were set to host a Symposium called ‘School Children As Theatre Audiences’ in partnership with EXETER UNIVERSITY and ASSITEJ UK. The plans have had to change and so have yours. As we peer through the cracks amidst this pandemic, we’re asking ourselves what this all means for organisations producing work for young audiences throughout the UK and internationally.

We wanted to think of a way to provide uplifting conversations that will inspire the making of work for children in our current climate, sharing the tools to do so, and creating a space for bringing peer’s questions to the discussion.

We invite you to join us every Thursday over 3 weeks (19TH NOV, 26TH NOV, 3RD DEC) at 13:00 (GMT) for FREE live and online conversations that will last approximately an hour and a half, aptly named ‘Getting Through The Cracks’.

We’ve an unmissable list of panellists; renowned industry professionals to provoke stimulating discussions and exchange brave ideas to inspire our sector during these unprecedented times. Come together to discuss ways of overcoming the challenges this year has brought with it, and discover conversations offering hope and encouragement, wherever you may be.
