Constitutional Documents

ASSITEJ International maintains various constitutional documents for the purposes of good governance, clear communication, expectation-setting, and legal compliance. These constitutional documents include:

Constitution

The constitution of ASSITEJ International is of utmost importance for us as an international membership association, serving as the fundamental document that establishes our structure, purpose, and governing principles. It provides a framework for ASSITEJ International’s operations, ensuring coherence, fairness, and accountability among our members.

Code of Conduct

A code of conduct for members is important as it sets clear expectations for behaviour, promotes professionalism and ethical conduct, ensures a respectful and inclusive environment, and safeguards the reputation and integrity of the Association and its members.

Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

ASSITEJ members and members of the public are welcome to view the meeting minutes from all Executive Committee meetings.

General Assembly Minutes

The minutes provide a comprehensive summary of the discussions, decisions, and outcomes of the General Assembly. They serve as an official record of the meeting, capturing the critical points raised, proposals made, and actions completed. By reviewing the minutes, members can stay informed about the progress and direction of ASSITEJ International, ensuring they are up to date with the decisions taken.

Working Plan

ASSITEJ International’s Working Plan is a strategic document that outlines the Association’s goals, objectives, and action plans for the three years between each ASSITEJ World Congress and Performing Arts Festival for Children & Young People. It serves as a roadmap for the Association’s activities and initiatives, guiding its work and providing a framework for decision-making and resource allocation.
