The festival's programme will host, excepting the shows already
invited, gatherings with important theatre personalities, critics,
play writers, scenographers and journalists.
GOALS:
I. To encourage and develop the chamber plays for children and
adults.
II. To introduce the modern tendencies and the newest art
developments in the field of the chamber puppet art.
III. To distribute in Romania and abroad the best performances
presented at the festival.
IV. To establish professional contacts between artists and
managers from Romania and abroad.
"UNdying stories" has a competitive nature, with Romanian theatre
personalities as jurors. The awards are as follows - 3 / three
prizes - in the following categories:
• An award for best performance
• An award for innovations in the chamber puppet art/
scenography
• An award for best puppeteer
The competition is open both for Romanian and foreign
productions, that last between 40 and 80 minutes
The deadline for sending your applications is the 15th February,
2012
The ones interested in our Festival must send:
· A video recording of their show (a DVD or a VHS)
· A brief description of the performance
· Programs/ posters
· A CV of the artist and 5 photos
· Application Form (attached)

The results of the selection will be e-mailed to you until the
15th March of, 2012.
Participants will be supported by the Festival through free
registration, basic accommodation and possibly a small meal
allowance. Participants would need to provide their own
airfare/travel to attend the Festival.
The Festival is organized by Bacovia CITY Theatre, Bacău, under
the patronage of Bacau's Municipality. Non-profit
organizations are also welcomed to become co-organizers of the
Festival.
