and dedicated to its members.

Workshop

ARTISTIC LABORATORY by Pino Basile

Musical workshop on the use of the Indian rhythm system: “rhythm grammar”

The carnatic system (originating in southern India, where the development of rhythmic language is among the oldest and most evolved in the world) is an important rhythmic and timbral didactic support for any musician and not only. Particular importance is given to the dimension of ensemble music with a rhythmical and polyrhythmic perspective typical of the ensembles of South India. Very useful the carnatic system also for dancers, acrobats, actors, jugglers and more. Having at your fingertips a scientific and practical method of managing time and rhythm that does not depend on the classical methods of theory and solfeggio, often favors creative processes that by ‘non-musicians’ is sometimes very difficult to achieve.

ARTISTIC INCURSIONS by Maristella Martella

Within the rich program of Informa, Maristella Martella will offer a space and a time dedicated to the psychophysical well-being of the group, through artistic practices aimed at relaxation and fun.

Round Tables

FUNDRAISING by Vincenzo Bellini

People donate not to an organization but to a good cause. The project we intend to support, its aims, its strategies and its activities are the object of fundraising. The values, approaches and culture that accompany the organization in conceiving and proposing the realization of a project also play a central role. These are the guidelines of the intervention proposed by Vincenzo Bellini.

HOW WE WATCH A SHOW – The basic principles of Vision by Simona Gonella

The intervention curated by Simona Gonella intends to investigate the basic principles of vision, to answer the question “how do we look at a show?” The aim of the proposed round table is to create a shared space for reflection and a comparison that starts from the importance of the gaze.

THE FUNCTION OF CIRCUITS IN THE YOUNG THEATER by Lucia Vinzi

A table of work that wants to deepen concretely and inspired by the experience of 30 years of ERT FVG – Theatre and School – the functions that the circuits have, could – or should – have in the construction of the relationship between childhood and performing arts live.

Is the circuit an expression of a territory? Is this a necessary space for the market? Is it a cultural and social resource of people, even children? Is it a cultural agency, an educational institution, an organizational structure, an administrative structure, an artistic body?

Every definition carries with it a philosophy and a logic; and every philosophy and every logic conditions the actions, the partnerships, the presences and the absences of the circuits between art and childhood.

Michele Panella in collaboration with the National Theater of London has given life to the “Connections” project of contemporary dramaturgy for teenagers.

Every year the National Theater commission ten new performances to young actors, bringing together some of the UK’s most interesting writers with tomorrow’s theater producers. How, in Italy, can we bring teenagers back to the theater? Which strategies and models can be replicable in our country?

We will try to examine the collaboration between MIBACT and MIUR in relation to art. 2 paragraph 4 i, which provides for the allocation of 3% of the FUS “for the promotion of education programs in the sectors”. Given the lack of precise indications on how to manage these programs, it is believed that it will be useful to relate institutions and operators in order to achieve greater clarity of needs and opportunities in the world of school and theater.
