We would like to thank the team of the Goethe-Institut, the Danish Cultural Center, ASSITEJ
Denmark and all delegates who took part in the event in Beijing’s Art district 798 on August
22 nd 2018.

60 people from all over the world made their way from the city centre to 798, an old industrial district now dedicated to culture and the arts, and we were rewarded with a fantastic dance performance about partnership, truth, belief, communication and trust ("True
Confusion" by Teater Minsk & ZeBU from Denmark) and inspiring talks about independent theatre, adaptations and the Goethe-Institute’s International Coproduction Fund.

Wolfgang Schneider wrote an article on the necessity of cultural policy to ensure fair cooperations world wide. The article has been published in Goethe-Instiute China’s Online
Magazine – in Chinese, English and German.
