🌍 Lecce, ITA

🗓 27 December 2019 – 6 January 2020

The sixth edition of the Kids Festival (in Lecce from 27 December 2019 to 6 January 2020) confirms once again its vocation for festivals throughout the city where different languages, genres and locations contribute to making Christmas holidays not just a moment of leisure but a possibility of growth and meeting as only theatre can make happen.

This year the festival focuses on theater and disability by hosting a national conference and some performances by artists who have been pursuing this artistic and social research for years thanks to the European project “Cross the Gap”, including Antonio Viganò with La Ribalta, Mezzanin Theater from Graz, Teatro Pirata, Michele Comite. The Festival is also a place of debuts like those of the two companies that sign the direction, which will present the new creations “Sapiens” by Principio attivo teatro and “Peter Pan” by Factory compagnia transadriatica and Fondazione Sipario Toscana. Awaited several international companies and theater, dance and circus for all generations with more then 20 shows, once again accessible to all thanks to the suspended ticket with the Robin Hood operation.

Kids Festival is organized by ASSITEJ Italy‘s members Factory Transadriatica and Principio Attivo Teatro.
